Payment

For the security of your payment we use Paypal and Strips as the primary methods for purchases. These convenient services allow for the use of most credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Quality Guarantee, Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer experience and will make all attempts to fulfill our promises. We offer a “45-Day Quality Guarantee” from the date you made purchase on all our products except special made-to-order items, custom-design orders and special promotional items.  If you notice any quality issue with our product, just need to send us your order# and a picture. We will send you a new product right away. If you prefer a refund, no problem at all, we’ll refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your returns or exchanges to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do ship any products back to us, We strongly recommend you purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be damaged or lost during shipment to us. Please mail your item(s) back in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the Authorized Return Form. Please do not send back any item without first contacting our customer service staff.

Return & Exchange Procedures:
  • Please contact us via email at returns@lilyfairjewelry.com or by telephone (+1 909.333.LILY) to request an Authorized Return Confirm Letter, an Authorized Return Code (ARC) and to provide your return address in order to ensure proper credit for your return.
  • Please place the item in its original packaging and a comparable shipping box. All returns must be sent via Fedex.
  • Please write the ARC clearly on the outside of your shipping box in black marker and include the Authorized Return Confirm Letter inside the box.
Conditions of Return:
  • Packages must arrive at our facilities within 45 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items received after the 45-Day Return and Exchange period will not be refunded. Returned items must be received by the end of the 45-Day Grace Period or they will be returned to you.
  • Please ensure that all clasps and chains are carefully secured on their return trip. We are not responsible for damage incurred during transport; dented clasps and kinked chains will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Made-to-order items, custom-design orders and special promotion items are not Refundable or Returnable.
  • Please note that it may take between 2-3 Business Weeks for a refund to be processed to your credit card.

Cancellation and Out of Stock Items

You may only cancel your order via phone or email before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately to check the shipping status. Any custom design or made-to-order item is not subject to the cancellation.

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the regarding part of order and email you as soon as possible.

Limited Availability

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service listed at the incorrect price.
